2. How to ask for a refund
➤ Email support@oldsite.eximdatahub.com with your name, order number, purchase date, and a short note explaining why you’d like a refund.
➤ Send the request within the 7-day window.
3. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 48 – 72 hours. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra business days to post the credit.
4. Subscriptions, upgrades, and renewals
➤ You may upgrade at any time; any unused portion of your current plan is applied to the new plan.
➤ Downgrades or auto-renewals follow the same 7-day refund window counted from the renewal charge date.
➤ Canceling a plan stops future billing but does not generate a refund after the 7-day window.
5. Situations where refunds are not available
➤ Requests received after the 7-day period.
➤ Accounts that use the data in ways that violate our Terms & Conditions (for example, resale or unlawful activities).
6. Policy updates
We may revise this refund policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on www.oldsite.eximdatahub.com, and continued use of our service means you accept any updates.
